Shipping & Returns
Here at Ryleigh Rue Clothing orders are processed and shipped within 3-6 business days from purchase date. If something is not in stock and on (pre-order) we will have that information for you under the products description. We offer flat rate $6.95 shipping on all website orders in the US. We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $75 inside the US only! (excludes Hawaii and Alaska) 7.5% tax is applied to all orders from the state of Utah and 8% tax is applied to all California orders. (Our company is located in these two states.)
We ship through USPS Priority Mail and UPS with delivery confirmation on all packages in the US to the address provided upon checkout. Our standard shipping can take 5-7 business days to deliver after leaving our warehouse. A Shipping notification e-mail is sent when your order is being processed to ship. Please Note: This does not mean that your item is shipping right then, it just means we are in the process. Order tracking information is sent in the shipping notification e-mail from us which you will be able to track your package once your order has shipped!
Please Note that If you give us the incorrect address you are responsible for the lost package. Orders are not shipped on Weekends or any Holidays. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

*Please note Express Orders will not ship out on weekends. If you order on Friday after 1PM MST they will ship Monday morning.

***Once packages leave our warehouse, we are not responsible for the day/time in which you receive them. For whatever reason, if there is an issue with delivery timing please call us and we will do what we can to help you out.***
We ship all over the world! We use USPS and DHL. All international orders are NOT insured and are not trackable once it leaves the U.S. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages, so when you choose to ship internationally with us you are agreeing to our policy of your package NOT being insured or replaceable if lost or stolen. USPS can take up to 5 weeks to get to you and the Flat Rate shipping cost is $42.95. If we can fit your order into a smaller shipping envelope, the cost of shipping will be less and you will be refunded the difference. All of these shipping costs DO NOT include duties and taxes that your country may charge you upon the arrival of your package.
All returned items must be back to our warehouse within 14 business days of the customer receiving the order. Anything received to our warehouse after 14 business days will be denied. If the return is denied, you will need to call to pay for it to be shipped back to you. If the denied return is not claimed within 30 days, it will be donated to charity. All promotional/flash sale items may be returned only for STORE CREDIT. We do not issue refunds. We do not cover any shipping cost, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
Exchanges:We do not offer exchanges, because we cannot guarantee your size will be in stock by the time you return it to us. We have a very large selection of products, making everything come and go very quickly!
Non-Returnable Items: There are certain items that cannot be accepted, the following are non-returnable:
Final Sale Items such as, bralettes/bras/bandeaus, leggings/yoga pants, hair accessories/hats/beanies, swimwear, undergarments, socks and eyewear. Due to hygienic purposes, there will be NO EXCEPTIONS on these items.
Items returned that are over the 14 business days allotted.
Store Credit: We only offer store credit, no refunds. Once you are issued your store credit, it will expire in exactly one year of the issue date, so be sure to use it!
Processing Time:Once we receive your return it can take 3-6 business days for it to be processed and for store credit to be added onto your customer account. Be sure to make a customer account before sending it back. You will be emailed by our returns department once your store credit has been added to your account.
Damaged Items:If you believe you have received a damaged item, you have 3 days (including weekends) to contact us about the damage. DO NOT send it back. Email [email protected] with pictures and a description of the damage, and be sure to include a picture of your invoice as well!
Steps to Return Items:
Make sure all of the items you are returning follow the guidelines of our return policy.
Make sure to create a customer account.
Ship back using whichever shipping method you prefer, since you will be covering the shipping costs. (we do not cover shipping costs)
Please allow 3-6 business days for your return to be processed.
